৯টা level, clear goal, measurable outcome
প্রতিটা level-এ goal, modules, expected outcome and estimated time আছে। Backend connect হলে progress tracking later add করা যাবে।
Debate Basics
1 week
Goal: Debate কী, কেন debate করা হয়, speaker role কী — foundation clear করা।
New learner যেন fear ছাড়াই debate journey শুরু করতে পারে।

Basic speech structure বানাতে পারবে
Argument Building
2 weeks
Goal: Claim, reasoning, evidence, impact দিয়ে strong case build করা।
ভালো speaker হওয়ার আগে logical argument বানানো শিখতে হবে।

Evidence use করতে পারবে

Rebuttal & Clash
2 weeks
Goal: Opponent-এর argument ভাঙা, clash identify করা, and response structure দেওয়া।
Debate wins by clash, not by memorized speech. তাই rebuttal training mandatory.

Public Speaking
1 week
Goal: Voice, confidence, body language, pacing, and stage presence improve করা।
Good logic useless যদি delivery weak হয়। এই level delivery polish করবে।

Filler words কমবে
Audience control improve হবে
Debate Formats
2 weeks
Goal: BP, AP, Parliamentary, Traditional Bangla, English Debate, Extempore, MUN basics শেখা।
Different competition different format follow করে। Format না বুঝলে speaker role ভুল হবে।

Motion Analysis
2 weeks
Goal: Motion breakdown, key terms, stakeholders, burdens and strategy বুঝা।
Motion না বুঝলে debate শুরুতেই হার। এই level strategic thinking তৈরি করবে।

Practice Round
Ongoing
Goal: Speech drills, rebuttal drills, case building and full round practice করা।
Theory দিয়ে debate শেখা যায় না। Practice না করলে progress fake.

Tournament Preparation

Goal: Team prep, adjudication criteria, speaker scoring, and competition discipline শেখা।
Campus debate থেকে tournament debate-এ যেতে হলে preparation system দরকার।
